• Congress of Deputies: Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report breaches of law and the fight against corruption.
• Generalitat (Government of Catalonia): Rules of action and internal regime of the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia (in Catalan), published in DOGC 5522, of December 9, 2009, which regulate some issues related to the status of complainants before the Office.
• Andalusia: Law 2/2021, of 18 June, on the fight against fraud and corruption in Andalusia and protection of the complainant (in Spanish).
• Aragon: Law 5/2017, of June 1, on public integrity and ethics (in Spanish), which, in section 3 of chapter V, regulates the status of the whistleblower before the Public Integrity and Ethics Agency.
• Castile and Leon: Law 2/2016, of November 11, through which actions are regulated to give effect to the information received by the regional administration on facts related to crimes against public administration and the guarantees of whistleblowers are established (in Spanish).
• Madrid Community: Decree 63/2022, of July 20, of the Governing Council, which establishes and regulates the internal channel for the treatment of information on possible infractionsns (in Spanish).
• Foral Community of Navarra: Foral Law 7/2018, of May 17, on the creation of the Office of Good Practices and Anti-Corruption of the Autonomous Community of Navarra (in Spanish), which devotes chapter III of Title II to whistleblower protection before the Office.
• Valencian Community: Law 11/2016, of November 28, of the Agency for Prevention and Fight against Fraud and Corruption of the Valencian Community (in Spanish), which, in article 14, regulates the status of the whistleblower before the Agency.
• Balearic Islands: Law 16/2016, of December 9, on the creation of the Office of Prevention and Fight against Corruption in the Balearic Islands (in Spanish), article 14 of which provides for the creation of an action protocol to guarantee the protection of the whistleblowers rights before this Office.
• Principality of Asturias: Law 8/2018, of September 14, on Transparency, Good Governance and Interest Groups (in Spanish), which dedicates Title IV to complaints.

Legislative initiatives that have not prospered

• Congress of Deputies (XIV Legislature): Law proposal of mesures on fight against corruption (in Spanish) (Concluded - Not approved on 24.06.2020).
• Congress of Deputies (XII Legislature): Comprehensive law proposal to fight corruption and protection of whistleblowers (in Spanish) (Expiry of the initiative on 27.03.2019).
• Parliament of Catalonia: Law proposal of whistleblowers comprehensive protection in the competence of the Generalitat (in Catalan) (Political conclusion due to expiration on 22.12.2020).
• Parliament of Catalonia: Law proposal of fight against corruption and protection of whistleblowers (in Catalan) (Political conclusion due to expiration on 22.12.2020).
• Madrid Assembly: Law proposal on the protection of whistleblowers in the Community of Madrid (in Spanish).
• Murcia Regional Assembly: Proposal for the creation of the Agency for Prevention and Fight against Fraud and Corruption of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia (in Spanish), which dedicates article 7 to the whistleblowers protection (Initiative withdrawn on date 26.02.2018).
• Murcia Regional Assembly: Law proposal for an open government and fight against corruption in the Region of Murcia (in Spanish) (write "Proposición de ley de gobierno abierto y lucha contra la corrupción de la Región de Murcia" in the box "Título de la iniciativa" and click search) (Initiative withdrawn on 12.04.2021).
• Cantabria Parliament: Law proposal for a comprehensive protection for whistleblowers of corruption (in Spanish) (Closed on date 10.02.2019).
• Parliament of the Basque Country: Law proposal on the protection of persons who warn of legal infractions, abuses of law and bad practices against the common good in Euskadi (in Spanish) (Rejected in plenary session on 13.06.2019 and published on 21.06.2019).
