The general deadline for having an Internal Information System is three months from the entry into force of the Law; therefore, on June 13, 2023.
As an exception, legal entities in the private sector with fewer than 250 employees and municipalities with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants have margin until December 1, 2023.
On the other hand, it will be necessary to adapt the existing internal information systems and channels.
