Following a report, several alleged irregularities in the civil service that have occurred at the Waste Agency of Catalonia have been examined, focused on the approval of a fraudulent organizational restructuring and the irregular provision of the position of deputy to the management of the Agency. However, given the information to which this Office has had access, the actions of the Agency examined are not incompatible with the exercise of its power of self-organization, taking into account, in addition, that the actions examined in personnel matters were submitted to the prior reports of the Commission on Remuneration and Personnel Expenses and the Directorate General of Budgets, which excepted and approved the proposals made, aspects that, analyzed together, determined the non-existence of the alleged irregularity and the consequent filing of the report.
