As a result of the presented report, the alleged irregularities set out in a document submitted were examined, relating to the procedures and management carried out with respect to an urban development sector and the municipal housing company, which would have determined the award of the housing and equipment construction contract to a concessionaire company. Taking into account that the facts were the subject of judicial analysis, it is decided to archive the investigative action.
