The object of these actions is based on the materialization of an urban agreement signed between the Vilanova del Vallés City Council and a commercial society to enable the construction of housing in exchange for the payment of a series of economic amounts to municipal public coffers. It has been investigated whether situations could have been generated that could have led to a violation of the principle of transparency or autonomy in the management of municipal urban interests. These actions have resulted in an archiving resolution.
