Following a report, the presumed treatment in favor of a commercial company has been examined, with the foreseeable violation of the urban planning regulations, since the modification of the municipal general planning promoted by the Vilanova del Vallès Town Council. The mechanism used would have been the formalization of three urban agreements. The favorable treatment would have been evidenced in the facilitation of the construction of a car park by the users of a shopping center.
