Vilanova i la Geltrú City Council

Following a report, the alleged breach of the incompatibility regime by a public employee of the council has been examined. It has also been investigated the possible occurrence of a situation of prohibition to hire undeclared by a commercial contractor of the City Council that would have in its governing bodies the aforementioned public employee. The possible commission of disciplinary offenses by this same person has also been examined.
