Following a report, an alleged favorable treatment has been examined by the Town Council in the award, in 2015, of a contract corresponding to road development works. The same facts would have been reported in the criminal and administrative contentious areas with the same result, its filing. These actions, therefore, have ended with a resolution of filing since, after analyzing the administrative action in the affected procurement file, that would have been carried out in accordance with the rules.
