Certain facts were reported that could lead to irregularities in public procurement, specifically regarding the awarding of the provision of a service. Although certain deficiencies were detected in the used procedure, it was concluded to archive the actions in view of the current contractual situation of the provision of the affected service and the nature of the entities affected. Despite the archiving of the action, a communication was sent to the entity responsible for the deficiencies and weaknesses detected.
