Following a report, several issues have been analysed: a possible situation of incompatibility of an elected office, a possible situation of conflict of interest and the acquisition of the castle of Vila-seca and the subsequent carrying out of works in the aforementioned building. From the analyzed documentation it was possible to conclude that there was no situation of incompatibility with the public activity carried out; neither was it verified, in the situation raised, a real conflict of interest characterized by the effective concurrence of conflicting interests, given that the existence of a personal interest was not proven, and neither were irregularities and deficiencies proven in the procurement files analyzed. Therefore, it was agreed to file the action.
