Following a report, the possible illegal use or destination of public funds reflected in the hiring of an external service to carry out tasks for which skilled civil servants are available, has been examined. It is detected that the sum, in annual calculation, of the monthly contracts awarded exceeds the thresholds that allow minor contracting and that there has been an irregular fractionation of the object of the contract. Additionally, the nature of the contracted services is notable for their recurring nature, and it has nothing to do with the sporadic and one-off nature of the services that can be contracted through a minor contract.
