The possible existence of irregularities contrary to the law and of reprehensible conduct attributed by the person making the report to members of the Town Council's governing team for a possible irregular use or destination of public funds contrary to the legal system, related to the rescue of a municipal concession, has been examined. The investigative actions carried out make it possible to understand, based on the documentation provided by the Town Council that, subsequent to the beginning of the present investigation actions, knowledge has been given of the initiation and resolution of some proceedings investigation followed by the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Barcelona, which include the same object or fact reported and which were archived. The archiving of the actions is agreed.
