Following a report, the legality of various planning licenses granted by the council for the construction/rehabilitation of a specific space was examined. In the course of the investigation, two relevant facts became known. The first, the start of an ex officio review procedure initiated by the Vallcebre Town Council itself for irregularities in the granting of the five building permits. The second, the initiation of criminal proceedings for a report filed by the Public Prosecutor against the municipal officials for the granting of planning licenses. Both procedures are currently being processed. This action concluded with its archive.
