On the occasion of a report, the alleged preferential treatment of the person selected in a UB call, through the commission of a series of irregularities, which would go from the admission phase of applicants until the formalization of the contract, has been investigated. Thanks to the investigative actions, the following irregularities have been detected: non-compliance with the call requirements by the selected candidate; irregularities in the composition of the selection board, in particular the members appointed by the University; irregular identification of the candidate selected for the test; alteration of data on the employment status of the hired person; non-compliance with the regulatory agreement of the Partial Retirement Plan for labor PAS (Administration and Services Staff) of the UB, and non-compliance with the obligations of the personnel registration regulations. In accordance with what has been stated, it is recommended, on the one hand, that the corresponding actions be initiated to verify the irregularities noted and that the pertinence of exercising disciplinary and ex officio review powers is assessed, as well as the eventual communication to the administrative or judicial authority, as appropriate. Likewise, it is recommended that those preventive controls and procedures be implemented to avoid the repetition of the aforementioned irregularities.
