Following a report, the alleged irregularities related to the creation and provision of a civil service position for a person who was already providing services at Ullastret Town Council were analysed. The investigative actions detected an invalidating defect with respect to the formation of the selection board, which is why the ex officio review of the mayor's resolution approving the call bases and the rest was urged issued municipal acts. An issue of possible violation of the regulations on incompatibilities due to the exercise of various public positions was also analyzed. In this sense, a report has been addressed to different municipal entities in order to study the possible violation of the duty to obtain compatibility authorization for the exercise of more than one public activity.
