Companies with work centers in different autonomous communities must notify the appointment of the head of the System to the independent authority of the place where they have their registered office, which is where, in accordance with commercial legislation, the center of its effective administration and direction will be located and is the place from which the obligations established for legal entities must be fulfilled. In the case of companies with registered office in Catalonia, the authority to which the appointment of the person in charge must be notified is the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia.
