This investigative action affects a building listed as property of the Tiana Town Council and which functions as a theater, and, more specifically, the works carried out in aforementioned building in 2020 by a commercial property of who at that time was a councilor of the aforementioned Town Council. During the course of the investigation, it was proven that the Tiana Town Council had adopted the appropriate measures to stop the execution of the works that were being carried out without authorization, that responsibilities had been cleared through the corresponding contradictory sanctioning file and that, finally, the aforementioned theater was returned to the state prior to the works carried out irregularly. For all this, this Office agreed to archive the proceedings, given that it has been proven that the councilor's actions were subject to assessment by the Town Council and the judicial bodies, both with regard to the existence of the infractions for which he was sanctioned, and with regard to the legality of the processing of the sanctioning file itself.
