Ter-Llobregat Water Supply

Following a report, the award and execution of two service contracts by the public company Ter-Llobregat Water Supply has been investigated. This award would have meant an alleged treatment in favor of the contracting company, a breach of the principle of objectivity and could, in turn, mask an illegal use or destination of public funds. On the other hand, the alleged situation of incompatibility and/or conflict of interest on the part of a person supposedly considered as a municipal public employee, when contracting the provision of services with the public company Ter-Llobregat Waters, has been investigated. This situation of incompatibility in the period investigated 2007 to 2015 would not have occurred.
