The investigation actions aim to examine a possible breach of the public dedication regime assigned to the public position mentioned in the communication letter and the possible violation, by the Town Council and the County Council, of the obligations of publicity in matters of transparency, as well as the possible improper benefit obtained by the councilor due to the processing of a reclassification of land in an industrial estate in the municipality. The examination of the facts leads to the archiving of the actions.
