Following a report, the alleged conflict of interest, which would have resulted in a favorable treatment, of a senior official of the Tarragona Provincial Council, in the award of a lease and exploitation contract of an equipment to a business group with which it would maintain some type of link, has been examined. Alleged irregularities in the award of works by a public body have also been investigated. This last action ended with an archiving resolution.
