As a result of a report, the alleged fraudulent use of minor contracting by Solsona Town Council has been examined. Of the actions carried out, no fraudulent actions with signs of corruption were detected, but some irregularities contrary to the principle of good public management, or even contrary to ordinary legality, were brought to the attention of the affected entity. There is an irregular division of contracts and an inappropriate use of public procurement procedures.
