The purpose of this action is to determine the existence of an alleged favorable treatment by Sitges City Council to the owners of a business established in the municipality in relation to a right of way. Of the actions carried out, it has not been possible to establish any favorable treatment through the formalization of an agreement or other legal instrument by the municipal corporation. However, and in view of the impediments on the part of the owners of the business towards some users, a communication is sent to the City Council of Sitges in order to establish preventive surveillance measures and a temporary and effective reaction to the reports that have to do with free passage to the public domain space of this place.
