Following the report filed, the possible fraudulent financing charged to municipal funds intended to satisfy the corporate actions of a municipal political group during the 2011-2015 mandate has been analyzed, which leads to the warning of the existence of a set of irregularities to be considered in the assessment of the reported facts, both in relation to the management and delivery of contributions intended for municipal political groups and the absolute lack of supervision and control of aforementioned contributions paid, as well as with respect to the possible breach of active advertising obligations, for which the pertinent reasoned report is being sent to the Town Council.
