Different actions of the City Council of Santa Margarida de Montbui have been examined. On the one hand, the allegedly irregular payment to elected officials of financial allocations for attending meetings of collegiate bodies and for incorrect compatibility in the exercise of various public offices. On the other hand, the provision of the position of secretary-auditor of the council has been analyzed.
