It is alleged that certain service contracts were irregularly divided and that a subsequent merit-based competition for the selection of a technician was designed to be won by the person who had managed these services for the previous three years. The joint examination of the facts confirmed the fraudulent practices reported, which would have rendered the respective administrative acts adopted null and void, and the corporation was ordered to review its acts, with a view to restoring the infringed legal system, as well as determining the responsibilities that may arise for its authors.
