The existence of acts or conduct of a fraudulent or corrupt nature is highlighted, but any possible effect or responsibility of an administrative, disciplinary, even criminal nature, that may derive from the investigative action of this Office is prescribed It should be added that, with respect to most of the facts that are the subject of the action, several control and jurisdictional bodies (criminal jurisdiction, Court of Auditors...) and bodies of the Generalitat (Directorate General of Law and Legal Entities) have already they had pronounced some time ago, without finding any irregularities of an administrative or criminal nature.
