The object of the present research actions is focused on the analysis of the private or public nature of the trips made in the period 2017 to 2019, by an elected official of the municipality, and how the corresponding transport costs and accommodation performed were financed. This action has ended with filing. On the other hand, an alleged favorable treatment related to the hiring during 2018 of a service by the council has also been examined without finding, in the hiring file, the mandatory justifying and motivated report of the need for the acquisition of the benefit covered by the contract. Nor would any tendering procedure be carried out, which would mean a possible violation of basic principles of public procurement such as transparency, non-discrimination and equal treatment between bidding companies, the right to access public restrictions, the need of prior identification of the needs to be satisfied with the execution of the contract and the selection of the most economically advantageous offer.
