As a result of a report, the possible existence of irregularities contrary to the law and the right in the municipal award of the public work is examined. The circumstantial description of the known facts and the assessment carried out, concludes an apparent conformity with the applicable legislation and with the public interest protected by the law, which makes it possible to exclude, a priori, the existence of any element indicating corruption or contrary to the decision-making on the contracting of the municipal public works, reason for which the action is declared to be archived.
