As a result of the report filed, the possible payment of various movable property, materials and supplies that the municipal corporation could have paid to the concessionaire of the bar restaurant service at the sports field, without being obliged to acquire it, was analyzed. This same issue, along with others, would have been the subject of a judicial procedure. Apart from this, in the course of the investigation actions it was possible to verify that the concession contract for the bar restaurant service had not been re-tendered, which is why it was the subject of a reasoned report.
