<p>In response to a compliant, a possible irregularity was investigated consisting in the failure of the Municipal Council of Sant Feliu de Guíxols to exercise its power to impose sanctions for the use of a dwelling as a hotel. Such use would allegedly be contrary to regulations on planning and dwellings for tourist use. Furthermore, building of the dwelling had been completed with the construction of a car park housing several parking spaces, which had given rise to further irregularities.</p>
