As a result of a report, different irregularities in matters of public function and recruitment have been examined: exercise of functions by a working person without having them assigned, systematic use of the figure of internment in the municipal police for cover permanent needs, and acquisition of material without any legal protection. In relation to this last described fact, no irregularity has been identified. In relation to the others: in the first case, a chain of internships has been detected without a continuity solution and the council is urged to definitively provide the workplace through the ordinary procedures. In the case of the municipal police, the corporation is urged to proceed with the legal adjustment and the ordinary provision of the post of head of the local police. In the same way, it is also necessary that the current state of the corresponding selective processes to definitively fill the positions of sub-inspector and commander of the local police must be made clear to our institution.
