The report is motivated by the possible private use of a property transferred to the municipal corporation. The circumstance is that this portion of land would not have been registered in the cadastre with the change of ownership to public because it was waiting for an urban development project to be processed in which this property was to be included for the purpose of calculating the corresponding uses and transfers. In view of this situation, a reasoned report was sent to the municipal corporation so that it could adapt the legal reality to the physical reality, with the formalization of the respective procedures to record the appropriate cadastral ownership.
