As a result of a report, the alleged favoritism, in violation of the legal system, in the hiring of two people by the Sant Esteve Sesrovires City Council has been examined: one for managerial functions and the other for technical architect tasks. The lack of accreditation of the qualifications required for the position of manager and the reduction in qualifications and changes of functions, without justification or motivation, approved a few days after the appointment, are compatible with the reported favoritism towards the person provided in this place. In relation to the hiring of a person to carry out tasks as a municipal technical architect, there has been no evidence of favorable treatment or any irregularities linked to the provision of their services.
