Following a complaint, alleged irregularities related to the possible treatment of the council in favor of a certain company have been examined, as it has been awarded 23 of the 34 works contracts, in a period of 10 years, for an amount greater than one million euros, mostly without publicity or public participation. Irregularity has also been detected in the award of a specific contract for clearing and forest harvesting. The possible occurrence of conflicts of interest and the prohibition of contracting linked to the contracting of certain public road cleaning services and water supply by tanker vehicles, and the possible treatment of favor and irregular situation for breach of incompatibility regime of the person who holds the position of intervening secretary in the council, having combined this function with a second public job in another municipality.
