As the result of actions taken on its own initiative, the Anti-Fraud Office examined a case of alleged favouritism by the Municipal Council of Sant Cugat del Vallès related to the award, and subsequent resolution for non-compliance by the contractor, of a procurement contract for public works under the administrative concession system, for construction and operation of a sports complex. This inquiry concluded with a resolution to discontinue.
