Following a complaint about possible irregularities in the provision procedure initiated in April 2019 by the Sant Cugat del Vallès City Council in order to fill a position of responsibility in the Human Resources Service, in which a possible preferential treatment was noted towards the person who already temporarily occupied the position through assignment of functions, the documentation of the procedure was examined, but the violation of the principles of equality, merit and capacity or the existence of preferential treatment could not be proven. For this reason, the action was finally filed.
