The purpose of these actions has been to examine the process of assignment and formalization of contracts during the period 2008-2011, of officially protected housing by CLAUS, a public company attached to the Sant Boi City Council. The alleged irregularities, related to the system of allocation in order of preference, would have involved a favorable treatment of certain people awarded the housing.
