Various allegedly irregular actions by the Sant Andreu de la Barca City Council have been examined. On the one hand, the irregular hiring of a person, without the existence of a previous public call or a selection process. This alleged favoritism towards this person would also have led to the provision of a municipal vehicle that he would use for private gain, and the improper provision of diesel and gasoline, with the possible use or irregular destination of public funds that this fact would behave. Finally, this same person would have unduly disposed of construction material owned by the municipality for his own benefit and that of third parties.
