The subject of actions examined by the Anti-Fraud Office was the alleged favouritism by the Municipal Council of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres shown to a development company. This favouritism took the form of the irregular granting of a minor works permit, certification of premises belonging to a residents’ association and collusion by the council in allowing the development company to execute works for private use in a space for common use. This inquiry concluded with a resolution to discontinue.
