Following a communication from the Consultative Board of Contracting of Catalonia regarding certain irregularities in the concession by the Sant Adrià de Besòs City Council of municipal equipment, compatible with a favorable treatment to the concessionaire company, a large amount of documentation has examined in this regard and it has been shown that the concession has been in force since 2003 and that, among other irregularities, a lack of assumption of the operational risk by the concessionaire, a breach of the conditions has been detected of a contractual modification, the insolvency of the concessionaire and irregularities in the presentation of its accounts, and that many of these irregularities have already been brought to light by the municipal auditor. As a result of this action, a report has been sent to the municipal corporation.
