As a result of a report, alleged irregularities related to the modification of the job relationship (RLT) carried out by the Rubí City Council in 2017 and 2018, the subsequent creation of a job have been investigated concrete and the selective process to fill this position, given that there would allegedly have been a favorable treatment by the corporation towards one of the candidates who opted for the position. However, the investigations carried out did not prove the existence of any fraudulent or corrupt action on the part of the Rubí City Council aimed at favoring one of the candidates, nor that any candidate had prior knowledge of the bases of the call, so it was agreed to archive the action.
