As a result of a report, an alleged favoritism related to a staff selection process for the establishment of a job board and the subsequent hiring of two candidates in aforementioned selection process as staff has been analyzed labor According to the investigation carried out, irregularities affecting the processing of the procedure have been proven, some of which constitute defects of nullity. However, this Directorate of Analysis does not have sufficient elements to consider that there was a favorable treatment by the City Council towards the affected people, so it was agreed to archive the action with communication to the council of the irregularities found.
