Following two reports, the alleged treatment of officials of the Town Council in the processing and resolution of disciplinary proceedings instructed during the years 2017 and 2018 for traffic violations in the municipality has been examined. In these cases, the sanctioning body has resolved in the opposite direction to the corresponding report of the Local Police and/or would have paralyzed, in an apparently intentional way, files until the expiration of the procedure or the prescription of the infraction. The mayoral decrees examined would be limited to pointing out in a vague, generic and imprecise manner that the cause of the nullity of the fine is "the estimation of allegations given that the relevant checks have been made." without the performance of any administrative action of verification or verification being documented or even made explicit in the files.
