Irregularities are reported in the urgent and temporary hiring of a worker, a selective procedure for the hiring of young people during the summer in which the selected people would have family ties to Town Council officials, and installation work on a railing in the playground. Once the investigative actions were completed, no irregularities were detected that could invalidate the adopted administrative acts, although, in view of formal defects observed in their processing, it was agreed to send a communication to the Town Council highlighting the importance of completing all the formal procedures determined by the material regulations applicable to the processing, as a matter of urgency, of administrative files, in order to guarantee legal certainty and facilitate subsequent control by citizens, as well as to emphasize the importance of exemplary behavior in the exercise of public functions, and the need to prevent situations of apparent conflict of interest that could undermine citizen trust.
