On the occasion of the report filed, the possible irregular allocation of the necessary resources and structures to the union representatives of the municipal corporation was analyzed, with a possible contravention of the applicable sectoral regulations that, for a specific period, limited the reduction of hourly credits and union permits to the representative union organizations in the administrations. It was determined that the regulations that limited the prerogatives of the union representatives had not been complied with and, therefore, a reasoned report was sent to the municipal corporation.
