The purpose of this investigation is to determine whether a teaching person at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) would have violated the regime of incompatibilities that affects personnel in the service of the Public Administration through the alleged exercise of a private professional activity. From the investigative actions, it is concluded that there is a situation of public-private incompatibility that constitutes a violation of the regulations, given that full-time university teaching staff are strictly prohibited from exercising any private activity, as it is the case. It must also be taken into account that the exercise of the private activity developed was not communicated by the interested person to the UPF. For this reason, the UPF is notified of the possible commission of an infraction of the incompatibilities regime by the mentioned teaching person, so the appropriate disciplinary procedure can be initiated.
