Following the complaint filed, alleged irregularities linked to the personnel selection process followed for the hiring of a professor within the University's tenure-track program, which began in 2021, were analyzed. In the evidentiary field, irregularities and conduct contrary to probity and transparency in the exercise of public functions were noted, possibly contrary to the principle of full submission to the law and the right, which is why, in order to fulfill the specific functions assigned by article 5 of the LOAC, the pertinent communication was delivered to the University, in which particular mention is made of the deficient documentary support provided by the institution and, subsequently, the assessment that the urgent processing of the hiring carried out and the subsequent irregular selection carried out deserves is set out.
