In relation to the report about a possible situation of incompatibility of a person of maximum responsibility of the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) for the relationship he would maintain with certain commercial companies, the corresponding investigative actions have been taken, following the which it has been found that the UPF informed about its commercial participation in this commercial companies in the corresponding declaration of patrimonial assets, that it would not have developed a second activity in the companies and that they have not provided services or received subsidies for part of the UPF or any of the entities linked to the UPF in recent years. In accordance with the result of the actions taken, the action was archived.
