Following a report, several alleged irregularities in the procurement area have been examined, focused on the management and execution of the contract for the sports monitoring and public service of the Sports Service of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Once the information relating to the provision of aforementioned services has been examined, it should be noted that the management of the service presents certain elements which, in view of its execution (and its initial configuration), compromised the effective provision of the service in accordance with the billing made. However, it has been decided to file the proceedings since it has been established that the service is no longer provided in the terms reported of and no higher than usual risk is assessed in terms of procurement.
