Following a complaint, the Town Council's alleged favor in favor of the company awarded a contract for the provision of a service of municipal competence which has been allegedly extended irregularly and without there was a contract in force, has been examined. The aforementioned contract would have been awarded in 2013 for a non-extendable period of four years without any new contract having been tendered and with the same company running the service without a solution for continuity.
